This Privacy Policy explains what information Shrivio ("we", "us"), operated by Pinanki Solutions, handles when you use our Amazon listing and advertising automation service, and how we protect it.

1. Data we handle

Account-connection authorisation tokens. When you connect an Amazon account, we receive authorisation tokens through Amazon's authorisation flow. We never receive or store your Amazon password.
Listing and catalogue data. Product details, images, titles, descriptions, attributes, and other catalogue information you provide or that we read and write on your behalf.
Advertising data. Campaign settings, spend, performance metrics, and the spending caps and rules you configure.
Contact and account details. Your name, email address, company details, and the users you grant access to within your organisation.

2. How we use it

We use this information solely to operate the service for you: to generate listings, publish and update them across your connected accounts, run and optimise advertising within your caps, maintain an audit log of automated changes, and provide support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond operating the service.

3. How we protect it

Connection credentials and authorisation tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the systems and personnel that need it to run the service, and every automated change made to your accounts is recorded.

4. Sharing

We share data with Amazon as required to perform the actions you request through the service (for example, publishing a listing or managing a campaign). We may use trusted infrastructure providers to host and operate the service, bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing by others.

5. Retention and removal

You can disconnect any account at any time; once disconnected, we stop acting on that account and revoke the associated authorisation. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us, and we will remove it except where we are required to retain certain records to meet legal obligations.

These Terms govern your use of the Shrivio service, operated by Pinanki Solutions. By using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Shrivio helps Amazon sellers generate product listings, publish them across connected Amazon accounts, and launch and optimise advertising. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and confirming any mandatory attributes before publishing.

2. Your accounts and authorisation

You connect Amazon accounts through Amazon's authorisation flow. You confirm you are entitled to manage each account you connect, and - where you act for clients - that you are authorised to do so on their behalf. You may disconnect any account at any time.

3. Advertising and spend

Advertising you run through the service is billed to your own Amazon account, not to us. You set the spending caps, and you are responsible for the budgets and campaigns you approve. We maintain an audit log of automated changes for your review.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service in line with Amazon's policies and applicable law, and not to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or misleading. We may suspend access where use breaches these Terms or Amazon's requirements.

5. Compliance and content responsibility

While the service helps produce policy-compliant listings, you remain responsible for the accuracy and compliance of the content you publish to your accounts.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and may update or improve it over time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes arising from content you approved or campaigns you configured.
