Shrivio is in development and is not yet accepting seller account connections. These Terms apply when you use the service.
These Terms govern your use of the Shrivio service, operated by Sharnga Solutions, a sole proprietorship of Lathiya Sahil Bharatbhai. By using the service, you agree to them.
Shrivio helps Amazon sellers generate product listings, publish them to a connected Amazon account, and launch and optimise advertising. Each Amazon account you connect keeps its own listings, its own drafts and its own review step. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and confirming any mandatory attributes before publishing.
You connect Amazon accounts through Amazon's authorisation flow. You confirm you are entitled to manage each account you connect, and - where you act for clients - that you are authorised to do so on their behalf. You may disconnect any account at any time.
Advertising you run through the service is billed to your own Amazon account, not to us. You set the spending caps, and you are responsible for the budgets and campaigns you approve. We maintain an audit log of automated changes for your review.
You agree to use the service in line with Amazon's policies and applicable law, and not to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or misleading. We may suspend access where use breaches these Terms or Amazon's requirements.
The service validates drafted content against Amazon's published listing requirements before you review it. It does not determine compliance - Amazon does, and Amazon's policies may change at any time. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and compliance of any content you review, approve and publish to your accounts.
We aim to keep the service available and may update or improve it over time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes arising from content you approved or campaigns you configured.
