Privacy Policy

Shrivio is in development and is not yet accepting seller account connections. This policy describes how we handle data when a seller connects an account to the service.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Shrivio ("we", "us"), operated by Sharnga Solutions, a sole proprietorship of Lathiya Sahil Bharatbhai, handles when you use our Amazon listing and advertising automation service, and how we protect it.

1. Data we handle

• Account-connection authorisation tokens. When you connect an Amazon account, we receive authorisation tokens through Amazon's authorisation flow. We never receive or store your Amazon password.
• Listing and catalogue data. Product details, images, titles, descriptions, attributes, and other catalogue information you provide or that we read and write on your behalf.
• Advertising data. Campaign settings, spend, performance metrics, and the spending caps and rules you configure.
• Contact and account details. Your name, email address, company details, and the users you grant access to within your organisation.

2. How we use it

We use this information solely to operate the service for you: to generate listings, publish and update them in the connected account you choose, run and optimise advertising within your caps, maintain an audit log of automated changes, and provide support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond operating the service.

3. How we protect it

Connection credentials and authorisation tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the systems and personnel that need it to run the service, and every automated change made to your accounts is recorded.

4. Sharing

We share data with Amazon as required to perform the actions you request through the service (for example, publishing a listing or managing a campaign). We may use trusted infrastructure providers to host and operate the service, bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing by others.

5. Retention and removal

You can disconnect any account at any time; once disconnected, we stop acting on that account and revoke the associated authorisation. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us, and we will remove it except where we are required to retain certain records to meet legal obligations.
